• Hypothesis: An hypothesis is a specific statement of prediction./ Hypothesis describes the remaining possible outcomes./ Hypothesis describes the relationship between two variables.
• Alternative Hypothesis: Hypothesis, which is creates against the null hypothesis, is called Alternative Hypothesis.
• One-tailed hypothesis: When prediction specifies a direction, and this is null therefore, there is the no difference in prediction and the prediction of the opposite direction, this is called one-tailed hypothesis.
• Two-tailed hypothesis: When hypothesis /prediction does not specify a direction, this is called two-tailed hypothesis.
